Second: Returns and Exchanges Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The product received is different from the one ordered.

Return Conditions

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

Attach proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

Return the product with all its accessories and original packaging.

Non-returnable products

The following cannot be returned or exchanged :

Makeup products that have been opened for hygiene reasons.

Products that have been used.

Products damaged due to misuse.

Shipping costs

If the error is on the part of the store, the customer will be compensated or the product replaced at no additional charge.
